It adds almost everything that exists into the game into your workshop so you can build everything from the UFO ship to the Bunker Hill monument, all for a single bottlecap.There's a mod that lets you put ballistic weave on everything, I'd recommend that.There's one that increases the size limit for settlements, but you have to start a new game to use it.One I like if you play survival is one that sets up a series of tunnels that is basically a fast travel system through major areas in the game. There is a pretty fun one I have been using that removes running animations and lunging attacks from ghouls, increases their health and damage output but makes headshots still very effective and replaces common enemies like radroaches and molerats with ghouls.

It basically makes it so that you can quite often run into hordes of Romero-esque zombies which you can only kill with headshots or overwhelming firepower. It even replaces the radroaches in the vault with ghouls which meant I actually ended up getting killed by them once before I even escaped the vault.
